REGISTRATION TO OPEN SOON
The 59th European Convention will take place in Catania, Italy from 28 to 30 May 2026.
Registration is expected to open in mid-February 2026. Details about the programme and hotels will be available at that time. Check this page regularly for updates.
In the meantime, we can already tell you that renowned chef Seby Sorbello will be doing us the honour of creating the gala dinner menu, which is sure to delight our palates! Watch him at work!
