One of the basic things a club administrator has to do is to keep the member database updated.

This includes not only to add new members and delete leaving members but also keep the figures updated, mostly addresses and email links do often change.

Each district and nation has his own system, so it is up to them to coordinate that.

Do not refer to one of our staff members in Ghent to correct data figures, it is your job or the job from the person in charge in your club
